Alsay Water Plant for New Community | H20nTap |January

The latest news in well and wastewater services.

Two Wells Constructed by Alsay Support New Houston Community.

Alsay is pleased to be part of the initial stages of Springwoods Village — a new, developing Houston community which will be located at the intersection of I-45 and the Hardy Toll Road. Recently, we worked as a subcontractor for WW Payton to construct two wells for the water plant which supplies water to the community. In an article by Nancy Sarnoff of the Houston Chronicle, she writes, 'This community will be a true live, work, play environment that will have jobs, homes and amenities from the day it opens.'

In addition to housing, the community, which will be near the new Exxon Mobile campus that is expected to house 10,000 employees, will include an urban-style town center featuring a full-service hotel, restaurants, shops and offices.

Homes will be in the style of those in the Heights, and construction is expected to begin on a new 342 high-end apartment complex in January. Employees who will work at the companies located in the area are already beginning to inquire about housing prices and are expressing interest in this new Houston development.

Alsay is proud to construct water wells for Springwoods Village.

A Day in the Field.

Alsay recently hosted a tour of a few of our Houston water well sites. From one side of the city to the other, Alsay services cover the map. We made stops at several of these locations which provide communities with well water and the ability to dispose of wastewater.

There are several key signs to help you determine if your pump needs to be repaired or replaced. If you notice that your pump has worn parts, holes in the column parts, the motor RPM is reduced or it has a dropped impeller, it is essential to have your pump repaired to maintain its efficiency.
